He was born in the village of Ornek, Akmola province, Alskeyev district in April 6, 1949. He graduated from the department of Art, Leningrad Painting, Scultpture and the Instutite of Architect. He is still working at the State Central Museum of the Republic of KasakhStan, the department of ethnology. He is the member of Kazalhstan Painters Association. He attended a PhD programm in histroy. He has a diploma and gold medal of Kazakh National Academy of Arts; and Special prize of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan mixed exhibitions of international artists which was opend in the Czechoslovakia, South Korea and Germany. He held a personal exhibition in Republic of Kazakhstan, State Central Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Painter, painted that pictur TURKSOY's 11th Painters Meeting which was held in Edirne, in year of 2008.
